The Locomotive Research Department's Model Railway, a.k.a Yorkton, has made some headway since last time. A set of points has been installed to enable the trains to switch onto a different track and to travel in a separate direction. Additionally, a third surrounding route has been inserted and has facilitated three running locomotives on the railway for the first time! The railway has started to be given an authentic look with the inclusion of scenic track features, like static grass and ballast.
