Specialist Luke Thomas & Assistant Specialist Nic Thomas were at the GWSR on 26/05/2019 for the very popular steam gala. The line up of locos included 6023 Class 'King Edward II', Rebuilt Merchant Navy Class 35006 'Peninsular & Oriental S.N. Co, 7903 'Formarke Hall, 7820 Dinmore Manor & 1264 B1 Class (Channel 5s The Yorkshire Steam Railway: All Aboard's boilersmith Mark and wife Emma with there too!) Luke and Nic each had a drive of Dinmore Manor which was a a great experience! Another rare visitor was the Caledonion No. 419 from the Scottish Railway Preservation Society. What a day!
