There has been a difficult few months but at last LRD were at Cardiff Central to see 70022 'Tornado' (70000 'Britannia') passing through Cardiff on Wednesday 29th July from Exeter St David's to Carmarthen. Cardiff Central has a strict (one-way system) in operation for passengers and staff. Face masks were worn by many but not everybody.

Yours Sincerely,

The LRD Team
